How to Prevent Back Pain From Occurring

Back problems start to increase with the age. However, by taking perfect measures, it is possible to prevent back pain or at least postpone its attack. The following are some simple measures that are helpful in preventing back pain from occurring.

• One major cause for back pain is sitting for long hours continuously. If your work demands long hours of sitting, then it is essential that you get up and walk at least for a minute once in an hour. If this is not possible, take a walk at the time of break. Taking a walk in the middle, helps to stretch the muscles and reduce the risk of developing back pain.
